An activity accessible to all, ideal for gaining a better understanding of these animals and their daily well-being.

Treat yourself to a moment of absolute well-being, guided by our yoga teachers, who offer classes suitable for all levels. Fluid postures, breathing techniques and relaxation exercises alternate for 1 hour. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you're welcome every Sunday morning!
