The Brasserie du Château breathes new life into country cooking. This original concept, created by chef Benjamin Coint for the Domaine de Maffliers, reinvents the codes without losing any of the quality that drives our cuisine.

Our restaurant serves authentic and chic cuisine that awakens childhood memories through recipes inspired by the great French tradition of family meals. There's no escaping it: from breakfast brioche to tarte Tatin, from Sunday brunch to the various rituals that punctuate the days of our Demeures, the pleasure of eating well and sharing are at the heart of our concept.

Our values remain intact: seasonality, authenticity, short circuit. As at home, the dishes are placed in the middle of the table and local labels are used on the plates.

An exceptional bourgeois house, a charismatic place to live where the atmosphere of a distant and romantic era reigns. Between a refined cuisine and a privileged setting in the heart of the Château de Maffliers, you will be transported to a past century within an ancestral residence. A place full of stories to
tell, which crossed the path of many historical figures from the 16th to the 18th century: Claude de La Fayette, the Marquis de Briqueville, Georges Provost and many others.

This is the new gourmet address that will make your taste buds tingle! On the menu carefully designed by the Chef, you will discover or rediscover regional specialities such as hunting terrines, rabbit with Orléans mustard and the famous tarte tatin. All this in a locavore approach in accordance with our philosophy.

The cuisine of our Chef de Cuisine, Adrien, is as generous as it is ambitious, taking its source from local producers. On the menu, amidst the large and convivial tables set up in the middle of an authentic decoration, we enjoy the products from our neighboring farms. The restaurant is labeled "Maître Restaurateur" and proposes atypical offers such as the barbecue in the garden of the Mansion where it is possible to take your meals.
