Arrival and departure

What happens if I arrive late at night?

The reception is open 24 hours a day. Please inform us by email or by phone via the contact details of the desired Residence in case of late arrival (after 22:00).

Can I leave my luggage at the Residence before my arrival or after my departure?

The luggage room allows you to leave your bags and suitcases on arrival before 14:00 or after your departure.

At what time can I arrive or leave La Demeure?

You can arrive at any time you wish, rooms are available from 14:00 and will be vacated by 12:00 on the day of your departure. You have the possibility to enjoy your room until 16:00, subject to availability and on request. Late check-out (4pm) is automatically included in your Demeure de Campagne package for Sunday departures. For any information on this subject, please contact the reception the day before or the morning of your departure.

How do I pay the tourist tax?

The tourist tax will be paid on arrival at each Demeure.

Does Les Demeures have a car park?

Yes, free secure parking is available at each of our residences without reservation.

Are the residences equipped with access for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, all our residences are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Can I come to the Les Demeures restaurant if I am not staying at the restaurant?

Of course, we would be delighted to welcome you for lunch, dinner or brunch in our Demeures.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are welcome during your stay, at an additional cost.

Can I offer a Demeures de Campagne experience?

You can offer a stay, a brunch, a Deep Nature spa treatment, an all-inclusive weekend and much more. Go to the Secret Box - Giveaway section on our website.

What activities are included in my Demeures de Campagne package?

During your stay, you will have access to numerous activities for young and old. In each house, you can enjoy our cocktail and cooking workshops. Each residence also offers you a flagship activity to discover.

Do I have to book my access to the Deep Nature spa of Demeures de Campagne Parc du Coudray?

We strongly advise you to book your time at the spa. Book your treatment at spa@demeures-de-campagne.com or call 01 64 99 26 06.

What are the conditions of access to the outdoor swimming pool of each Demeure?

Access to the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for our guests.
