Demeures de Campagne and YUJ Paris invite you to enjoy an exclusive, timeless yoga retreat with Hélène Duval, founder of YUJ YOGA STUDIOS.

From May 16 to 18, treat yourself to a gentle interlude in the heart of the Domaine de Maffliers and let yourself be carried away on an all-inclusive weekend designed to regenerate body and mind.

Friday

Free arrival and check-in from 2 p.m.

- 8:30pm: A convivial dinner to share with participants in the "Yoga Retreat" experience, in the presence of Hélène Duval.

Saturday

- 9h00 - 10h30 : Yoga "Souplesse " (all levels) - A gentle practice to loosen the body, and encourage physical and mental openness.

- 11h00 - 13h00 : The horse, mirror of your emotions- Thanks to the mirror effect, we offer you a unique experience of disconnection with the animal, to help you discover yourself, refocus and let go.

- 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm: Lunch.

- 2:30-3:30 pm : DIY flower arrangement workshop.

- 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm : Creative detox infusion workshopLearn how to prepare healthy, revitalizing beverages.

- 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm: Free time (swimming pool, forest walk, etc.).

- 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm : Yoga "Lâcher-prise(all levels) - A gentle practice to release tension and rediscover deep physical and mental relaxation.

- 8:30pm: Dinner.

Sunday

- 9:30 am - 11:30 am : Yoga "Boost your energy (all levels) - A dynamic session to awaken the body, activate energy and leave feeling energized.

- from 12:00 to 14:30: Brunch.

- 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Free time (swimming pool, forest walk, etc.).

- 4:00 pm: Check-out.

Personalize your stay: Take advantage of your moments of relaxation to discover the estate's activities. Reservations must be made with the estate before your stay. 

• - Horseback riding: Explore the estate on horseback on a tour accessible to all levels, starting from our stables located on the estate.
