New Year's Eve Party

Come and celebrate the New Year at Demeures de Campagne with a unique evening: a festive and exceptional dinner imagined by our Chefs, accompanied by a live concert and a DJ set to liven up the dancefloor until the end of the night.

7-course dinner with 2 glasses of champagne and wine pairings (3 glasses):

~ Lobster and mullet like a spring roll, carrot mousseline with beggar's fruit, wakame ~

~ Mushroom ravioli, blanquette sauce ~

~ Roasted monkfish, shellfish fumet with herring caviar, winter vegetables with fresh herbs and lemon ~

~ Challans poultry, truffle mousseline, potato cake, hearty jus ~

~ Brie de Meaux truffled by our cheese maker~

For all bookings made before November 30, a VIP welcome with early check-in at 11:30 a.m. will be offered.
