With its monumental decor underlined by the château's historic staircase, the Bar is where your stay begins and ends. A Mecca for cocktails, it's in this elegant space overlooking the park that our barman William Billaud creates his own recipes.

"Apothéose d'Hercule," "Chemins de Sologne," "O'Malley," "Honoré de Balzac"—each cocktail name (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) is a nod to the history of the Château, one of the other Demeures , or even the horses in the Maffliers stable. Want to learn about mixology? William offers a mixology workshop during which he introduces you to the art of mixing a classic cocktail or creating a drink based on the inspiration of the moment.

At Augustine, you will be welcomed by Daniel Massano, the great-great-grandson of the last owner.

He introduces his guests to the hospitality of grand bourgeois homes. From the family's old trunks, he pulls out beautiful porcelain dishes and period silverware.

Your host invites you to choose your ambience: are you Boudoir or Salle des fresques with a view over the park, or Salon des Châtaigniers?

On the plate: classic French cuisine made from the finest local produce, selected by Chef Ulysse Mérigaud.

After the œuf en meurette of cold winter days, the perfect egg and pea salad of sunny days. Beef Wellington for two, suckling lamb with artichokes cooked in a casserole, it's the spirit of sharing that guides every menu. Desserts are just as delicate, gourmet and generous: from pot de crème au jasmin to brioche perdue. A menu that matches the wine list with its selection of over sixty references.

As cosy as a "family home", but with no restrictions, our Domaine offers a host of activities for you to enjoy and recharge your batteries... Starting from the Demeure, the forest unfurls kilometers of footpaths: first through the Domaine's private woods, soon to be marked with flags, then into the state forest of L'Isle-Adam.

Whether in the stables or in the meadows, the horses play a full part in the life of the Demeure. Connoisseurs can watch training sessions in the arena or the riding arena. In the grounds of the Château, there's no room for boredom: outdoor swimming pool, bowling green, children's playground, mushroom picking, badminton, mechanical and electric bikes for hire...
