This year, Augustine - La Table du Château de Maffliers is transformed into a veritable party scene to celebrate the New Year!

In a warm, intimate... and resolutely festive atmosphere, let us take you away for a sparkling evening full of flavors and music.

Chef Frédéric Vardon has created a seven-course dinner designed to surprise and delight your taste buds. A piano bar will provide delightful accompaniment to the dinner, with lively covers creating a festive atmosphere.

 On the menu:

• New Year's Eve appetizers
• Starter : raw eagle bar, lemon-iodine condiment, lemon caviar 
• Instant végétal: 'Bleu de Hongrie' royal squash, pumpkin seed-pear praline and black truffle
• Fish: white pudding of scallops from the Bay of Seine, cockles à la marinière
• Meat: Sautéed hind knuckle, pepper sauce, roasted vegetables and fruit in fine pieces
• Ice cream interlude: Coupe Colonel 
• Dessert : Mont-Blanc like a Norwegian omelette

And when midnight strikes... it's time for improvised dance steps, bursts of laughter and whispered wishes.
