Beehives

Demeures de Campagne, in partnership with Apiterra, manages an apiary that now includes over a hundred beehives, scattered throughout the grounds of our estates. This initiative helps support the French bee population—those little pollinators that are so vital to our ecosystem!

The harvested honey is also used as an ingredient to create delicious dishes that you can enjoy at our table. This ultra-local honey production supports our commitment to short supply chains.
